Silicone is very stain-resistant. You can wash it with water or water fixed with a little mild soap. Tough stains you can clean with rubbing alcohol then rinse with water. Powder every now and then. Silicone doesn’t need lots of powdering like TPE.
And definitely do not use any type of oil or grease, vaseline on silicone. Only water-based lubes or cleaners.
