Is it ok to have a doll look like my wife?

1. If your wife considers dolls to be disgusting/wrong/forbidden/cheating, she will in no way be pleased to see a doll that looks just like her sitting on the couch or laying in the bed one day. She will immediately go on the attack because she will believe she’s being replaced by a chunk of cheap plastic.

2. It is easy to feel hurt when things are kept from you. I think you have two choices: tell your girl about your doll(s) before marriage, or hide it perfectly to never hurt her feelings.

Now back on the topic of making a doll that looks like your wife (or anyone). That’s creepy unless she’s consented to it. When you do that, you take away someone’s right to preserve their individuality. Looking “like” your wife is ok.
